I can't quite pick someone yet. I feel like it's been pointing towards Daenerys Targaryen since season 1 pretty much, but that seems too obvious. I don't think it will be one of the Lannisters either. I think it will end up being someone we know as "weak" like Sansa or someone random like Lord Varys.

It's hard to predict who will sit on Iron Throne when all is said and done. I feel as though Tyrion, Daenerys and Jon Snow have the most potential as I think they have the most to offer the storyline moving forward. I'm going to go with the "no one" option, though.
